Who we are

What we collect and why

When you book an appointment we collect your first name, last name, mobile number, email address and any note you choose to add. We collect this only to manage your appointment: to hold the slot, to contact you about that appointment, and to let you cancel or reschedule it.

We do not collect payment details on this website, and we do not ask for any information that is not needed to manage a booking.

Lawful basis

We process booking details to perform the service you have requested (contract) and to run the shop's appointment book (legitimate interests). Marketing is never implied by making a booking — we only send marketing if you separately opt in.

Storage and retention

Appointment records are stored in a secure database and are only accessible to authorised shop staff after signing in. Appointment data is never shown publicly on this website. Records are kept only as long as needed for the shop's appointment history and are then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact the shop using the details on the Find Us page and we will action your request. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Managing your booking

Each booking is given a private management link containing a random, unguessable token. Anyone with that link can view, cancel or reschedule that booking, so please keep it to yourself. No account is required to book a haircut.
